JEFFREY BERGER

Mr. Berger has over forty  years of successful real estate  sales and marketing,  and development experience as an attorney and real estate broker. 

Currently, Jeff is a principal of both Affluent Funding, Inc. and North Fork Realty Group, LLC. Previously, he ran real estate divisions within The Ritz-Carlton, Inspirato and Club Corporation of America.  

Moreover, in the last ten  years he founded, implemented and executed an asset-based lending company, Affluent Funding, Inc., with co-founder, Thomas Roth, that boasts a self-generated and serviced commercial loan portfolio of over $30M as of January  2022. 

Mr. Berger is a Florida Licensed Real Estate Broker/Owner of North Fork Realty Group, LLC specializing in investment property acquisition, renovation and rental. He is also an active member of the Florida Bar in addition to being a member of the New Jersey, Pennsylvania and South Carolina Bars. 

He is married with four children residing in Tequesta, Florida.
