8% annual return distributed quarterly

Each Investor receives their 8% annual return paid on a quarterly basis for each loan they are invested in with Affluent Funding.

Right to acquire foreclosed property at a discount to market value

All foreclosed properties are offered first to the investors of that specific loan and then to our other investors. They can be purchased at the value of the initial loan plus any accrued interest, legal fees, costs, etc. Because of our low loan-to-value ratio the properties can be purchased at a significant discount to market value generating upside opportunity for the purchaser and value to the investors.

1% BONUS

Receive an extra 1% annual return on your investments when you refer a qualified investor that funds a minimum of $1M over various loans.
